Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle along an existing well-fitting pair of jeans.
Tip: All jeans have 1–2% stretch, so if you're between sizes, go with the smaller size for a more tailored fit.
